Hi, I’m Jasmyn Stengel (She/Her), I help couples stay connected when life’s biggest changes start to pull them apart.
I especially enjoy working with couples navigating seasons of change, including:
Welcoming a new baby
Difficulty conceiving
Coping with loss
Major family transitions like children leaving home
I work with couples to untangle the tender, painful, and stuck parts of connection—especially when stress, miscommunication, or life transitions have begun to pull you away from each other.
Using Gottman Method techniques alongside Adlerian therapy, I help couples recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, strengthen what’s already working, and reconnect around shared purpose. I believe relationships are shaped by each partner’s unique history, experiences, and way of moving through the world, so our work together honors the full picture of who you are—both individually and as a couple. With practical, evidence-based tools and a steady focus on encouragement, I help you deepen understanding, communicate with more care, and rebuild trust brick by brick.
Together, we’ll learn how to repair more effectively, respond with greater empathy, and create rituals of connection that help your relationship feel more secure and resilient. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, trying to find your way back to each other, or hoping to stay connected through a major life shift, I’ll support you in building a relationship that feels strong enough to hold both conflict and closeness.
I’ve completed Level 1 Gottman training and am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and I work with couples across many backgrounds, including queer and LGBTQ+ relationships. No matter what stage of your relationship you’re in, my goal is to help you feel encouraged, understood, and equipped with tools that help you grow closer and thrive together.
I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d be honored to work with you.
